By accessing or using the Insight School Management Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Insight Company and you.
You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality, all account activities, and notifying us of unauthorized access. One user account per person. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.
Insight provides a cloud-based school management platform including student management, leaveout tracking, attendance monitoring, communication tools, analytics, dormitory management, and secure cloud storage. We guarantee 99.9% uptime to all the Users.
Users agree not to upload illegal content, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Platform, upload malicious code, or resell the Platform. Schools are responsible for ensuring their users comply with these Terms.
The Platform is the exclusive property of Insight Company. Schools retain full ownership of their data. By uploading data, schools grant Insight a limited license to host and process it for service delivery.
Users may terminate accounts anytime. Schools may terminate subscriptions with 30 days' notice. We may suspend accounts for Terms violations, non-payment, or illegal activities. Data export available within 30 days of termination.
The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify Insight Company from claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiation before legal proceedings.
Material changes will be communicated regularly via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
